SP Savannah Highlands II, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Highland Industrial Park Warehouse C, a 1,000,000 sq. ft. warehouse with office space at 501 Morgan Lakes Industrial Boulevard. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 14.07 water and 12.5 sewer equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
