Savannah Harbor Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Harbor BTR, a development consisting of 210 single-family homes on Hutchinson Island in the President Street Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 210 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,354,500 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
