| Title 37. Approval of the Renewal of a Professional Services Agreement for Federal Government Relations Support with Woodward & Associates, in the Amount of $144,000. | |

| Description A contract with a two-year initial term and three, one-year renewal terms was approved by the Commission in 2020. Originally, only the initial term was funded. Woodward has been providing satisfactory service to the Commission and we are requesting to fund the renewal terms at the original $48,000 per year. The services performed under this agreement are sole source, as Woodward & Associates will continue to assist the airport in its efforts to continue its operational and financial viability and growth, acting as a liaison with government officials including the Federal Aviation Administration. Staff recommends approval of the following terms:
Renewal 1: September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023 $48,000 per year Renewal 2: September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024 $48,000 per year Renewal 3: September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025 $48,000 per year | |
