Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Gulfstream Service Center East Phase 1, a development consisting of 171,000 sq. ft. service center in the Crossroads service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 22.38 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $95,450.70 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
