Description CCA Savannah, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Capital Collective – Bryson Reed Building, a development consisting of 154 apartment units located at 415 East Oglethorpe Avenue in the President Street Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 55.67 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $214,329.50 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
