Recommend approval to award an annual contract for conservation services to Landmark Preservation, LLC (primary) and Savannah Construction and Preservation (secondary) in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. These services will be used by the Department of Cemeteries to rehabilitate damaged historic structures located throughout the municipal cemeteries, including projects qualified as permanent work through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Public Assistance Program. Project locations include:

Laurel Grove North Cemetery, 802 W. Anderson Street, District No. 1

Laurel Grove South Cemetery, 2101 Kollock Street, District No. 1

Colonial Park Cemetery, 200 Abercorn Street, District No. 2

Bonaventure Cemetery, 330 Bonaventure Road., District No. 3

Greenwich Cemetery, 330 Greenwich Road., District No. 3

The contract term shall be effective October 12, 2017 through December 31, 2018.
