Motion to Adopt Resolution Accepting a $1,000 Donation from First Chatham Bank for the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund
Recommend adoption of a resolution accepting a $1,000 donation from First Chatham Bank for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to address local workforce and affordable housing needs.
None of the investments made into the SAHF by First Chatham Bank and other investors are used for administrative costs. The City's Housing Department and the non-profit, Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) oversee and administer the SAHF.
