| Description The Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) is a comprehensive management platform that oversees the entry, exit, and payment processes of the airport parking facilities. This agreement provides maintenance support to ensure system performance, integrity, and reliability while reducing downtime and limiting costs associated with equipment replacement. The agreement covers bi-monthly inspections, preventative maintenance, priority emergency service response, and 24-hour customer support. This is a sole source purchase as the Airport is renewing an existing service agreement. Carolina Time is the current PARCS service provider. | |
