Motion to Award Annual Contract for Multi-Function Copier Equipment to Automated Business Resources, Inc. (Event No. 5399)
Recommend approval to award an annual contract for multifunction copier equipment to Automated Business Resources, Inc. in the estimated amount of $455,000.00.
The City of Savannah will use this contract to distribute multi-function devices throughout City offices. These devices will be connected to the City’s network and will provide printing, copying, scanning, and faxing functionality. The estimated annual cost is based on historical usage from printers located at current City locations.
All existing printers will be reviewed by the selected vendor and will be replaced with current models. The selected vendor will work with staff to review planned facility moves to optimize printer placement and installation.
The contract term will be from November 9, 2017 through December 31, 2018.
