The proposed subdivision will consist of 3 lots and new public right-of-way. The property is in Aldermanic District 5 at Street Location: Fort Argyle Road and Arkwright Lane.

Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision, The Hill-Durrance East Track Parcel B.  The subject property is the eastern portion of land formerly known as the Hill-Durrence Tract. These proposed eastern 3 lots and right-of-way totaling 155.622 acres will consist of multiple warehouses and storage buildings. This subdivision will utilize a proposed right-of-way to Fort Argyle.  It will be the primary access for the eastern tract.

The required infrastructure improvements to support this development phase include extending water and sewer mains, installing a stormwater conveyance system, and extending approximately 2,504 linear feet of roadway. 

According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0118H, the subject property is in Zone X, not a flood hazard zone. The City of Savannah provides and maintains the water and sewer service for this project area.
