| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to renew an annual contract with Advanced Environmental Management for Groundwater Compliance and Consulting Services in the amount of $36,028. The service will be used to conduct groundwater and surface water sampling and analysis, as well consultation, for the City of Savannah municipal solid waste landfill located on Dean Forest Road. This work is necessary to comply with the rules of Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division. Bids were originally received on October 27, 2015. This contract was originally approved by Council on December 22, 2015 in the amount of $30,880.00. This is the final of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be from November 7, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
