Description Bridget Lidy on behalf of the Mayor and Alderment for the City of Savannah is requesting that the following four areas be rezoned to correct scrivener’s errors and incorporate recently approved map amendments. Each area has a separate summary, series of maps, and ordinances. If approved and with unanimous consent of Council, this item is also on First and Second Readings. 1. AREA 1: Rezone 3 Woodcock Road with PIN 20282 01002 (File #19-005748-ZA) containing approximately 9.84 acres from PUD-M-36-CO (Planned Unit Development Multi-family – 36 units per acre – County) to the RMF-3-36 (Residential Multi-family-3 – 36 units per acre) Zoning District; 2. AREA 2: Rezone approximately 3.9-acre portion (File #19-006025-ZA) of PIN 20034 02088 (0 Sterling St) and Unassigned Land (Portions of the existing ROW of Reid Court and Edinburgh Court that were declared surplus property on May 9, 2019) from the R-M-25 (Residential Multifamily – 25 units per acre) as rezoned on April 25, 2019 to the RMF-2-25 (Residential Multi-family-2 – 25 units per acre) Zoning District; 3. AREA 3: Rezone approximately 83.60 acres (File #19-006023-ZA) from PD (Planned Development) to B-C (Community Business) 4. AREA 4: Rezone approximately 12.2307 acres (File #19-006026-ZA) from P-B-CO (Planned Business – County) to B-C (Community Business); 5. AREA 5: Re-advertised for the November 18, 2019 City Council Meeting. Rezone approximately 0.30 acres on East 39th Street (File #19-006027-ZA) from TR-1 (Traditional Residential) to PD (Planned Development). | |
