| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for overhead door maintenance with Advanced Door Systems, Inc. in the amount of $27,250.00. These overhead door services are used by Savannah Fire and Emergency Services (SFES) for quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance of overhead doors for all fire stations throughout the City. Notifications were sent to all known vendors; however, only one bid was received. Bids were originally received on July 21, 2015. This event was originally awarded by Council on August 6, 2015 in the amount of $27,250.00. This is third of three renewal options available. The contract term will be from November 5, 2018 through November 4, 2019. | |
