| Description This amendment includes additional services associated with the design revision modification of Building 2 requested by a future tenant. The modifications include relocating the tenant from the west side of the building to the east side. The building space includes approximately 15,000 square feet, which will include approximately 3,680 square feet of office area, a fenced-in GSE maintenance bay within the warehouse area, and approximately 10,220 square feet for sorting and conveying operations.
