Description

Recommend approval of a Major Subdivision, Bradley Pointe South, Phase 7.  The subject property is the seventh phase of an established subdivision named Bradley Pointe, located off Ogeechee Road in the Bradley Pointe South neighborhood. This proposed phase totals 6.269 acres and will comprise 31 single-family lots with varying lot sizes.  Entrance to this subdivision will be from Dunnoman Drive and Endicott Drive. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah's water and sewer services.

 

According to FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Panel 13051C0235G, the property is located within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) with a Zone AE designation, being an area within the 1-percent annual chance floodplain.
