| Description Recommend approval of a contract for the repainting of a water tank at the I&D Water Plant with E&D Coatings, Inc. for $116,500. The City-owned water tank, located at 6183 Hwy 21 North Port Wentworth, Georgia is in need of painting to maintain structural integrity of the $4.5 million gallon tank, which contains finished water for emergency use in the event of a power failure. It will also enhance the tank cosmetically and replace the old City of Savannah Logo. L.B. E&D Coatings, Inc. (Savannah, GA)(B) $116,500
