K. Hovnanian’s Aspire at New Hamstead LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Aspire at New Hampstead, a development consisting of a 266 single family homes in the Travis Field service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve the 266 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,702,400 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
