| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for autodialers with Raco/EH Solutions in the amount of $51,620.00. The maintenance division of the Conveyance and Distribution Department uses autodialers to monitor station operations and send telephone and alarm calls to lift station maintenance staff in the event of operational concerns or failures. This contract was originally approved by Council on October 29, 2015. This is the second of three renewal options available.The contract term will be from November 21, 2017 through November 20, 2018. | |
