Recommend approval of a mutual aid agreement between the alternate PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) in Chatham County, and the Primary PSAP, Savannah/Chatham Communications.

Per the agreement, should the Tybee Island 911 Center become inoperable, Savannah/Chatham 911 Center would agree to take Tybee 911 calls until the island can restore service. During Hurricane Matthew Savannah/Chatham 911 took over the 911 calls for Tybee while the 911 Center lines were down. Tybee Island typically produces low 911 call volumes.
