The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval to purchase flight information display (FIDS) monitors, computers, and licenses from Infax, Inc., in the amount of $86,237.00.

The existing FIDS monitors and associated equipment have reached the end of their lifecycle. The new equipment includes 40 43-inch commercial flat-panel LED monitors to replace the current FIDS located throughout the terminal. The scope of work for this project includes configuring the LED monitors and digital display controllers, and installation of the controller licenses.

Infax, Inc. is the sole source provider of the FIDS systems installed at the airport.

Approval
