| Description Recommend approval to procure painting services from United Grounds Maintenance Services, Inc. in the amount of $36,475.00. These services will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management to repaint the two stairwells in the Liberty Street Garage and the Ellis Square stairwell in the Whitaker Street Garage. The paint work is for the metal components of the stairwell including, but not limited to, the metal handrail, metal stair pans, metal beams, metal guards, and metal slab pans. In addition, the contractor will remove all existing coatings, and clean all corroded areas with a wire brush. The paint will be an epoxy based paint.
