| Description Recommend approval to procure repair services for the Johnny Mercer Theatre Rigging System from Stage Front in the amount of $449,397.00. The repairs that are being done at the Johnny Mercer Theatre in the Civic Center are to correct life/safety issues arising due to the aging system. The current rigging system is outdated and not up to date on current codes and regulations. The repairs to the current rigging system are necessary for the safety of City of Savannah employees and Civic Center customers. This procurement includes refurbishing the existing track system, furnishing and installing 14 new arbors and three hoists, and complete demolition and disposal as needed. | |
