Description If the related Zoning Hearing is approved, and with unanimous consent of Council, this item is on First and Second Readings. Bridget Lidy, for the City, is requesting that the Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map be amended to designate 2327 East DeRenne Avenue as being in the General Residential Future Land Use Category instead of the Residential-Suburban Single Family Category. 2327 East DeRenne Avenue should have been placed in the General Residential Future Land Use Category at the time of rezoning to the old R-M-25 (Residential Multifamily - 25 units per net acre) Zoning District. 2327 East DeRenne Avenue with PIN 20138 01059 contains approximately 2.28 acres (File #19-006188-CPA advertised under the related rezoning request #19-006189-ZA) owned by Loretta Grella. Boundary Description: PART LOT 21 GOLF COURSE TRACT 200 X 500. Plat Book SUB00A Page 2. This request is related to Area 1 of the rezoning request. However, this Future Land Use request had to be a separate agenda item and ordinance. | |
