Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal of an annual contract with West Chatham Warning Devices to procure and install decals on police interceptors in the estimated amount of $63,180. The contract will be used to procure and install decals for police interceptors that will be ordered in 2020. In addition, as this is an annual contract with individual pricing, procurement of individual decals is available for any vehicles currently in the fleet that may require replacement due to accidents. This contract is necessary to mark those patrol units as required by State Law for law enforcement personnel to conducted operations. The contract was originally approved by City Council on June 7, 2018 in the amount of $63,180. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be November 18, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
