3 Sea Sons, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Boathouse, a development consisting of a marina with a fixed pier and floating docks. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 4.88 equivalent residential unit development located at 820 East US Hwy 80.
