The program is a field-tested development process that increases leaders’ ability and effectiveness in working with others. It gives participants the opportunity to build on their leadership strengths and mitigate their potential weaknesses; and offers very specific recommendations and best practices to lead and manage direct reports more confidently and effectively. The program will consist of three elements, including a 360- degree feedback process, seven months of executive coaching, and an assessment of the individual’s progress. This is an ongoing professional training program that Senior staff has participated in with successful results.
