Sweetwater Developers of Georgia, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Sweetwater Station Phase 12, a development consisting of 45 single family homes on Snowball Street in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 45 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $160,200 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
