This contract is for the procurement of automatic car washing and detailing services from Coastal Properties Unlimited, dba Auto Shine Car Wash in an amount not to exceed $58,248. This contract will be utilized for cleaning and detailing of City vehicles for all departments. In addition, this is an annual contract with individual pricing. This contract is necessary to maintain a clean and fully operational fleet.

Auto Shine Car Wash was not the lowest bidder. However, they are a local vendor and allowed to match the lowest bid. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on May 9th, 2025. This contract includes four (4) available renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
