Description

This amendment revises Article Y of the City's Revenue Ordinance to provide for the following changes:

  • Delete language regarding restrictions for Temporary Events, and referring readers to City Code Section 6-1223
  • Delete language regarding transfers of alcohol beverage licneses
  • Deleting fees related to transfers of alcohol licenses
  • Increasing Temporary Event fees from $25 per event to $50 per day per permitted event, effective as of July 1, 2019
