| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for corrosion control additive to American Development Corporation in the estimated amount of $150,000.00. The corrosion control additive will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to prevent corrosion in the distribution system. This is a sole source because American Development Corporation is the only supplier of this specialized chemical, as the chemical is a proprietary blend of ortho and poly phosphate. No DBE goal was established for this event due to due to absence of sub-contracting opportunities. The contract term shall be from May 9, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
