Description

7 Drayton Street Hotel, LLC, which is developing The Drayton Hotel on Bay Street at Drayton Street, has requested 15 unassigned parking spaces in the Whitaker Street Garage for 24-hour access at a rate of $223.00 per space ($40,140 annually).  These rates are in accordance with the 2019 Revenue Ordinance.  The 15 spaces requested are currently available, and will be used for hotel guest parking.
