Description Approval of a Major Subdivision West Tract 3, 4, and 5 Hill Durrence. The subject property is the western portion of land formerly known as the Hill Durrence Tract. These proposed western tracts encompass a total of 125.093 acres and will comprise a residential complex near the Fort Argyle Road entrance, as well as multiple warehouses located towards the center and rear of the western portion. The purpose of this subdivision is to divide the existing Tracts 3, 4 & 5 into developable sizes for future warehouse development and create drainage, access, and utility easements.
