Description

This contract is to procure generator maintenance for Stormwater management with Current Edge Solutions, LLC in the amount of $108,359.21.

This contract is for generator maintenance for all generators in the Stormwater Management Division to include requirements for routine planned maintenance (RPM) and repair services for emergency power generation equipment, emergency power systems, switchgear, and other related equipment and components. The routine maintenance ensures that all pumping stations are in a ready state. The apparent low bidder was not selected due to failing to accurately diagnose problems with a generator during the previous contract they held with the City. Per the plant’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit, it is required that each plant have a backup power source in the event of an emergency.

The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on May 11, 2023. This contract also includes four available renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
