Recommend approval of a major subdivision plat for Liberty Townes Subdivision. The plat is a recombination of lots 3 and 4, and the western portion of lot 5, located in the 500 block of East Liberty Street in Aldermanic District 2. The subdivision is comprised of 0.36 acres, creating eight single-family lots facing Liberty Street. All existing buildings on the property will be removed. 

The Liberty Townes Subdivision plat has been reviewed and accepted by City and MPC staff.
