| Description This City-owned property is located at 601 East 66th Street on the corner of East 66th Street and Paulsen Street. It is a two-story, 13,162-square-foot building that has been declared surplus. Staff recently received a request from Freedom Run Films, LLC for temporary usage of the second floor of the building for 60 days between the dates of June 1, 2018 and July 30, 2018. Staff have worked with this film company to negotiate a gross rental rate of $4,500.00 per month. Use of the facility will generate economic development benefits to the City from the film project. | |
