| Description Notification of emergency procurement of the Malware Re-imaging Project from Layer 3 Communications in the amount of $55,000.00. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) used the services of Layer 3 Communications to provide project service hours during the re-imaging of City computers following the recent malware attack on the City network. This is a sole source because Layer 3 Communications currently holds the contract as the City’s network maintenance provider. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the contracted provider to ensure uniform, authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary. | |
