| Description At the May 2023 meeting, the Commission approved an amendment to add an additional year to Carol G. Holladay & Associates’ contract, with optional annual renewal periods. This amount will fund the Agreement for an additional year through April 30, 2025. This firm provides federal lobbying, consulting, coordination, watchdog, and facilitation services. This rate is the same as last year, which included the first increase in seven years. | |
