Description
This amendment revises Article Y of the City's Revenue Ordinance to provide for the following changes:
- Updates the license classification table to be consistent with classifications as shown in the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance
- Deletes language regarding restrictions for Temporary Events, and referring readers to City Code Section 6-1223
- Deletes language regarding transfers of alcohol beverage licenses
- Deletes fees related to transfers of alcohol licenses
- Increases Temporary Event fees from $25 per event to $50 per day per permitted event, effective as of July 1, 2019
