| Description The project involves the design of a five-story parking structure with approximately 2,100 parking spaces. The new garage will be constructed in the open field north of the existing parking decks. The scope of services includes a topographical survey, conceptual design, geotechnical report, permitting, and preparation of construction documents. The design will also account for potential future expansion and will evaluate the first floor as a possible Consolidated Rental Car (ConRAC) facility. In addition, the feasibility of incorporating an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft pad on the roof will be explored. In response to our Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP), ten firms submitted proposals.
