| Description This change order includes the additional equipment, labor, and materials required to install a high-level shutoff valve for Storage Tank 2. Due to the small diameter of the existing tank filling nozzle, an internal high-level control valve cannot be accommodated. As a result, a top-mounted external solution is necessary. Additionally, this change order replaces the two existing fuel loading and offloading pumps with newer more efficient pumps. SAC will apply for reimbursement of this work upon close out of the grant.
