Georgia Power Company has requested an underground 15’ utility easement over City-owned property located at 1327 Dean Forest Road (PIN 20990 01009A – the landfill) for the purpose of providing power to a new lift station. This easement solely gives Georgia Power access to install, maintain, and repair the electrical distribution line and equipment. This request has been reviewed and approved by Development Services, Greenscapes, Public Works and Water Resources, Sanitation, and by Real Estate Services.
