Description The Scope of Services includes 35%, 95%, and Final Design Services for the additional 120,000-gallon above-ground storage capacity in the form of three (3), 40,000-gallon above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) to the existing fuel storage facility. The new tanks will be connected to the existing bulk fuel receipt/issue systems and installed in a new concrete containment area which includes a stormwater drain. The drain line will discharge through a new oil/water separator (OWS) before discharging to the existing stormwater ditch. The new tanks will meet all requirements of ATA 103, NFPA 30, and NFPA 407 and be equipped with automatic tank level gauges, access platforms, and access stairs. In addition to the new tanks, the scope will include demolition and replacement of the existing 3-inch pump suction line with a 6-inch pump suction line, replacement of the automatic tank level gauge probe in existing Tank No. 3, installation of a filter separator control valve on the existing filter separator connected to existing Pump No. 3, installation of high-level shutoff valves on existing Tank Nos. 1, 2, and 3, repair of the tank high-level shutoff valves on existing Tank Nos. 4 and 5, and additional tasks required to make the existing facility meet regulatory compliance standards. | |
