Title Motion to Renew License Agreement with Oglethorpe Mall for Police Precinct | |
Description Request approval of a new license agreement to extend use of space within the Oglethorpe Mall as a Police Precinct through June 30, 2022. The current license expires June 30, 2017. The existing license agreement between Oglethorpe Mall, LLC, and the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah will expire on June 30, 2017. A new license has been negotiated extending use of the space for another five years. The landlord is not charging any rent to the City for use of the space. The extension was requested by SCMPD Chief Joseph Lumpkin. This agreement was reviewed by the Assistant City Attorney and Real Property Services. | |
