Savannah Agenda author Eric Curl, accompanied by Housing Savannah, Inc. Board Member and Community Housing Services Agency, Inc.’s (CHSA) Executive Director, Anita Smith-Dixon, are presenting a $3,000 donation to the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF). Mr. Curl and Savannah Agenda readers have shown the type of community interest necessary to help address Savannah’s housing challenges. Housing Savannah, Inc. offers an opportunity for a diverse range of donors to contribute to the SAHF. Investments like these have helped leverage, on average, an additional $7 for every $1 donated for housing initiatives. The SAHF is a local fund that helps leverage private investment to address local workforce and affordable housing needs and opportunities. The City’s Housing Department and CHSA oversee and administer the SAHF.
