| Description Change Order No. 3 accounts for the additional materials and labor required to re-design Building 2, as requested by UPS. These changes were requested after construction of the Air Cargo facility had begun. These changes were necessitated because UPS requested relocation from the east side of Building 2 to the west side. Changes to the building include but are not limited to the loading docks, electrical, overhead doors, plumbing, enlarged cargo apron, and site work. The requested changes are necessary to help facilitate their company operations. | |
