Change Order No. 5 includes two (2) separate SAC-requested changes to the contract. The first change provides for the fabrication and installation of five (5) custom back wall millwork units for the five new gates. The work includes shop drawings, submittals, fabrication, delivery, and installation. This work was not included in the original scope due to the ongoing design of the Terminal Improvements Project. These units will serve as the model for that project.  The second change consists of installing additional power transformers in the concourse and ramp-level restrooms to split the electrical load and provide redundancy in the event of a transformer failure. SAC will seek reimbursement for these costs through the use of PFC funds at closeout of the project.  SAC Job ID 30565.
