Description
One (1) vehicle will be assigned to the Purchasing Department, and two (2) vehicles will be designated as pool vehicles for airport staff. Two of the vehicles are replacements due to life-cycle requirements, and one pool vehicle will be an additional asset added to the Airport’s fleet. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from December 23, 2025, through January 23, 2026. A total of twelve (12) bids were received, with one (1) bid deemed non-responsive. Based on the evaluation of all responsive submissions, Fleet Vehicle Source, Inc., dba US Fleet Source, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting all specifications. This is a FY 2026 budgeted item of $150,000.
