Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for recycled crushed aggregate stone with Savannah River Utilities (Savannah, GA)(E) for up to $54,325. This contract is used by the Sanitation Department to procure recycled crushed aggregate stone to support operations such as providing traction for vehicles driving into the landfill. The contract allows procurement of three different types of recycled crushed aggregate stone ranging from $14 to $20 per ton and a $5 per ton delivery charge. In 2020 the total amount spent was $54,325. The original contract was awarded by Council on July 23, 2020 in the amount of $54,325 This is the first of three annual renewal options available. (E) Indicates local, non-DBE business posessing a Savannah business tax license for less than one year. | |
