Teal Lake Development, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Teal Lake SD Phase 2, a development consisting of 42 single family homes in the Teal Lake service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 42 equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $160,440 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
