| Description WI Land Development has requested a water and sewer agreement for Bull River Bluff Townhomes, a development consisting of 12 townhome units located at 1 Bull River Bluff Drive in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and is in Unincorporated Chatham County. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 12-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $62,700 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
